With her construction-engineering degree and background, Amy spent a decade in the building industry, developing and building over 300 homes, schools, warehouses and offices in Georgia and Florida, and selling over 3,000 more.  She even pioneered the first new construction in over 100 years in a historic district in downtown Atlanta for a Live-Work project that made the cover of Builder magazine and was the featured showcase homes for the International Home Builder’s Show and Convention with over 100,000 visitors.  That opportunity led to her early involvement in the Atlantic Steel re-development in Atlanta that now is a thriving multi-use part of the city called Atlantic Station. Atlantic Station is a $2 billion smart growth project on a 138-acre brownfield site in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.

Through her expertise in marketing, contracts, and building, Amy has helped thousands of families, individuals, and investors with their real estate dreams, while achieving more than 20 professionalism awards along the way, including best new home builder in Atlanta by the Greater Atlanta HBA, and Best Marketing Campaign of the year for the entire city. 

Amy owned her own building company and real estate firms for over 17 years.
